Military Mix: Bringing a military background into the mix for the next PT session. It could be an obstacle course or maybe a gun run. Great for fitness, resilience and confidence too
Lunch: Healthy & nutritious meals prepared by our amazing Chef. Tantalising your taste buds, showing that healthy is not boring

ACCOMMODATION:

Each location is carefully chosen and set in beautiful, natural surroundings. Whether it is a coastal location close enough to smell the sea and hear the ocean crashing on the shore. Or a location set within woodlands and surrounded by the sounds of nature.
It will cleanse and rejuvenate your soul, creating the perfect environment to focus on your own health and wellbeing and shut out the noise usual external distractions.

Rooms are available in shared and private options, and will vary by location.
