What changed? In one word, my mindset.
My change in mindset wasn’t overnight though, and came after a catalogue of events, starting from a loving family that refused to not intercede. This lead to an appointment with our family GP, that set me on the road to change for the better.
What did he do that made the difference? He chose to educate me. No judgement, no condemnation, no guilt, just 2 hours of time educating me on what a healthy body needs, from an average individual to an athlete and with no interjection from any others.
The “after” was stronger, healthier, bolder, woman with great self esteem, strong self worth, a 6 month tour of duty under her belt and a healthy love of food.
I have seen many people consumed by the stressors of work and life and spiral into an unhealthy cycle of weightloss and gain through yoyo dieting, disordered eating and more.
Having walked many of those paths myself, I have been able to help clients get results and make the lifestyle changes they need, to sustain them.

No the aim of the program is to transform the way you look, feel & perform whilst allowing you to continue to eat the foods you love and have the flexibility to lead a balanced lifestyle.
The goal of the program is to also give you the knowledge so that you aren't reliant on a coach for the rest of your life. We will educate you throughout the whole process to make sure that you understand the reasons behind the methods used throughout your program.
You will have 1-1 communication with your coach for support whenever you require it. In addition to this you will also have a checkin each week to review your progress and make sure that you're consistently progressing every single week.
We actually suggest that you do! We will educate you on the principles needed to give you the flexibility to continue to enjoy all of the foods that you love whilst achieving word class results.
You will only need to commit to 3x 45 minute training sessions a week that will be designed to fit around both your schedule and the equipment that you have available.
